The tree themed challenge from the Global Design Project this week came at the perfect time to use this bundle...AND I embossed the sentiment in color!
How did I emboss in color you ask? It was actually very simple and I made a quick video to show you. Check it out HERE.
It is important to use the Stamparatus for this to work correctly. First, I stamped the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink and let it sit a moment to dry while I used the Shammy to clean the stamp. After that, I stamped the sentiment again using VersaMark. Finally, I heat embossed like I normally would but I used Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder. I love how it makes the sentiment pop on the card.
*Keep in mind that the Embossing Additions Tool Kit is only available in the mini catalog so it won't be around for long. It makes embossing so much easier. Don't miss out...ORDER IT HERE!
What do you think of my trees? I applied Wink of Stella immediately after I stamped the image in Evening Evergreen. As I did, it spread the color around. I love how they turned out!
