I stamped the image in Memento black ink and colored it with the blends listed below. I stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade and used the Banners Pick A Punch to punch one end and adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals. I added Red Rhinestones for some bling and voila! Isn't this card adorable?!?
