There are so many stamp sets I love this season, but my favorite bundle is Tidings and Trimmings. It is simple, beautiful, and my vision of a classic Christmas. I made this card for a color challange and I am thrilled with how it turned out.
The challenge called for three colors: Mint Macaron, Garden Green, and Cherry Cobler. I wanted a soft and subtle background, so I started with Mint Macaron and used a blending brush apply it.
I wanted to add dimension without taking away from the rest of the card, so I chose to use Cherry Cobler for both the base and overlay pieces of the star.
The greenery and berry dies tied the colors together just the way I wanted them to.
Finally, I added embellishments because...why not? I love them and I know you do to:)
